Mode of action:

Cricel is a non-selective, systemic herbicide from the Organophosphorus group. It works by inhibiting a vital plant enzyme called EPSPS (5-enolpyruvyl-shikimate-3-phosphate synthase). This inhibition blocks the production of aromatic amino acids essential for protein synthesis. Without protein synthesis, it kills the treated weeds.

Method and Time of application:

Apply as a foliar spray using a knapsack or power sprayer fitted with a flat-fan or flood-jet nozzle at 4-8 leaf stage of weed
