Mode of action:

Winchar is absorbed by foliage and inhibits fatty acid synthesis in susceptible grassy weeds, resulting in growth cessation and eventual weed death.

Method and Time of application:

Apply as a post-emergence spray when grassy weeds are at the 2–4 leaf stage. Ensure uniform coverage of weeds using a flat-fan nozzle. Fields may be drained or lightly flooded, but weeds must be exposed at the time of application.
